Evening and Morning Workouts for all fitness levels and all schedules4 weeks of outdoor training and a nutritional program that will guarantee results! This innovative and challenging workout uses the swiss balls, bosu balls, tubing, free wts, medicine balls and more to strengthen your core, increase cardio conditioning, sculpt your legs, butt and arms plus improve balance and agility. All you have to do is show up and I will guarantee your butt will hurt for days and you'll have fun. |

Prices:
Full course: $160
Tuesday night running class: $45
Bootcamp class Price without running class: $120
One bootcamp class / week: $60
