Evening and Morning Workouts for all fitness levels and all schedules

4 weeks of outdoor training that will guarantee results! This innovative and challenging workout uses the swiss balls, bosu balls, agility ladder, tubing, free wts, medicine balls and more to strengthen your core, increase cardio conditioning, sculpt your legs, butt and arms plus improve balance and agility.
