Body Ball Workshop

Date: Monday, February 12th Time: 7-9pm Fee: $35

This is an intro workshop that will demonstrate the many excellent uses of the bodyball to strengthen and stretch your whole body. You will learn how to improve your posture, balance, body awareness and how to tone your legs, butt, lower back and abdominals. Plus it’s fun. Balls can be purchased at the beginning of the class for $35 and a 30 page instructional booklet for $10.
